1. To add a driver, please go to Manage > Vehicles > Add
2. Fill in all the info in the "Add Vehicle Form". Press "Add new Vehicle".
3. You can select vehicle colour and make from the drop down menu.
4. Once the vehicle is added, it can be assigned to the driver. Remember, drivers without vehicles will not show on the map and cannot receive bookings.

3. There will be 4-digit pin generated by the system. Your drivers will be able to login in to their driver apps using their email address and this pin number.

On Demand (Now) Booking
1. Enter Pick up address and Drop off address. Drop off address is optional. Matching addresses will populate as you type in.
2. Press Enquiry button at the bottom, and system will show you the ETA of a driver to pick-up, the fare, distance of the trip and route line on the map.
3. You will then see two buttons - Dispatch and Reject. Press Dispatch, if customer wishes to go ahead with the booking or Reject to clear the booking screen.
4. For a new customer, you may add the name, phone and email. System will save and auto-populate these details, when the same customer make a booking next time.
Advance (Future) Booking
Select Date and Time in the top fields for future bookings.
Account Booking
Enter Account name and associated PIN number for your account customers.
Repeat Booking
To create a copy of a booking, tick the check-box next to the time field on top of the booking panel.
Recurrent Bookin
Tick the check-boxes next to 'Days' at the bottom to make a recurrent booking on selected day(s). You can also set the frequency like 'first Monday of each month'.

2. Click update button and you will see a pop-up with the details of the job you want to update.

1. By default the system will add the job in auto dispatching queue under the current table or advance table depending if its 'Now' or 'Future' job.
2. You can select Hold from the drop down menu (highlighted in red). This job will not be dispatched, until you assign it to any specific driver.

1. On the main Operator page, you will see the jobs table with different tabs:
Current (grey rows): Under this tab, you will see all the jobs, waiting to be allocated
Allocated jobs (light green rows): Under this tab, you will see all the jobs that are assigned to the drivers, and drivers are on their way to pick the customer up
Enroute (dark green rows): Under this tab, you will see all the jobs where a customer is picked-up and enroute to the destination
Completed (green rows): Under this tab, you will see all the jobs that are successfully completed
Cancelled (red rows): Under this tab, you will see all the no-show or cancelled jobs by the customer
Missed (red rows): Under this tab, you will see all your missed jobs due to non-availability of drivers. This information will give you an idea about your potential revenue, if you had more drivers to meet the demand.
Expand: This button will open the table in a new tab to give you a better view of all the jobs in one page.
2. Search bar above the jobs table will help you to search any particular job by typing the name / address / order number. The smart search feature will populate the results matching the characters you type.
3. Print, PDF, Excel: These buttons let you print any list of jobs, or export the list in PDF or excel format.
